Hi. I don’t understand why my cc isn’t being accepted for my subscriptions?

Why is my credit card that I’ve been using for a few years not being accepted for my subscriptions

My payment says suspended but mey CC is on file When I enter my CC for subscription payments it won’t accept my CC but it say already been payed with same CC. “ This payment method already added to your account.” But when I go pay for a subscription it won’t accept it.
