Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.
If you're looking to lock your Apple Card at times during your travel, check out the following steps. You can also locate details to unlock your Apple Card here: Lock or unlock Apple Card - Apple Support
On your iPhone
1. Open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.
2. Tap the More button.
3. Scroll down to Titanium Card and tap Lock Card.
If you're looking to let it be known that you're traveling out of the country, contact an Apple Card Specialist for additional assistance with that.
