bought a second hand watch from another user on offerup they have a verified account so there is an ID or verified persons on the account i want to ask if theres any way apple can reach out to the original owner from what i know hes on a vacation or out of the country w family n idk how long thats gonna last is there anyway apple can notify the original owner about the icloud lock on the watch he has sold me

its just gonna be a waste to have to throw a watch in the trash
