Upgrading to iPhone 14 Pro - eSIM in Panama

I'd like to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro, but I live in Panama. Is there a traditional SIM card holder I can use? Is eSIM available with Tigo in Panama?

If you buy the iPhone in the US or from the US online Apple store it will not support physical sim cards in any way.

If you need physical sim card support buy it in the country you intend to use it in and it will have a sim card tray.

Buy the iPhone 14 in Panama, it will have a physical SIM. Only the US model will not.

unfortunately there is no support for eSim currently in Panama, There's a few who offer eSim like holafly but it's expensive and not worth worth it from my point of view.
