Welcome to Apple Support Communities. In the US and Canada, iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are not compatible with physical SIM cards. Only eSIM is available. If you are in another country or region, try changing the country location from the bottom of iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus - Technical Specifications - Apple to see if nano-SIM is supported.
Your carrier may also have further information about using iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Plus with their service.
