iPhone 13 speakers

I bought this iPhone 13 3 months ago. Very well maintained of and kept in Apple Oem silicone case and screen protector. I took this in the bathroom few days ago and maybe some water droplets came on it and went inside the speaker. Dryed it off. Speakers make buzzing sound when I play music at 50 volume or above. When it’s at 100 the difference is obvious. I thought that iPhone is water resistant and a few drops of water shouldn’t do anything. I tried everything.. esp playing all those sounds which should eject water out of your speaker. Will Apple replace my phone with express replacement? The water damage plate is not activated but I guess it’s technically water damage
