Significant Locations on iOS and MacOS not showing records

Hi Community,

Significant Locations on iOS and MacOS not showing records. Via iPhone I see I have 113 records but can only see 3 on the map.

On MacOS I have 93 records but I do not have any locations.

I am using the same iCloud account on both devices. Does anyone have a solution, I am working through an issue and want to show my location to help
