How to Remove GMail Sync in Address Book

Hi there,

I had enabled Google syncing in my Address Book. I wish to remove this association. I removed the check mark beside the Google Mail in Address Book but the accounts are still syncing. It doesn't matter whether the check mark is there, or not, it still syncs the GMail to my MobileMe account.

How can I permanently remove the option to sync with GMail?

Thanks!

OK. I checked iCal, Mail and Address Book. No GMail account in Mail, had disabled the account already in Address Book, removed the GMail account from iCal. Closed, then restarted each of these apps. In Address Book I created a new TEST address. It showed up in GMail about 10 minutes later in the Contacts list.

So, is there something else I can check for?

Thanks again.

L.
