Spinning icon

The small icon at the top of the screen means youhave internet or similar data traffic.

It was most prevalent on the SE 2020 model but should be fixed on the latest iOS version.

In any event it is not a problem unless you find excessive data usage.

On what iPhone model? With what iOS version? When do you see the spinning wheel, I mean doing what?
