Probably not as long as you do not share or sell it. Audio books are copyright protected.
There are apps that will read the text to you. They won't change the file, will they? But more importantly, if you need to know what the limits are on material for your Kindle device, best to talk to the folks who made that material - check with Amazon, in other words.
The Kindle device and all the Kindle apps for other devices and computers are made by Amazon. Only they can answer that question. You should ask them, or even make a feature request to them.

Apple eBook is capable of read-aloud. i wonder if reason why Kindle app don’t support read-aloud for purchased ebooks is copyright.
