I have charges on my bank account I did not make

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We don't have access to information about charges to your account. See each of the steps in the following instructions. Open Safari or the web browser of your choosing and navigate to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Once you are there, sign in with your Apple ID if prompted. You can scroll down and see all purchases you have made on your account, even if they were free. This will also show you the date that the purchase was made. To take action such as request a refund, or report a scam, you many do so by clicking the box that says "I'd like to..." and check the most appropriate selection. If you are the organizer of an iCloud Family group, you may also switch to another member to see all of their purchases (including free) as well by clicking the box next to the Search.
