self-signed root certificate
For some reason within the past 10 days the email address I use most frequently goes out with a "self-signed root certificate." Now many of my emails are encrypted rather than coming through as regular text. Apple support has helped me identify how not to use the digital certificate. However, I would like to remove it. None of my other accounts has such a signature. There is also a "private key" as a subset of the digital self-signed root certificate. How do I remove the digital certificate? Can I simply delete it, or will this cause problems?
I would appreciate consult on this issue. Thank you.
