My iCloud was operated by wrong company

Hi, I have registered my Apple ID in 2010 and the region of my Apple ID is United States. I subscribed iCloud about 2 or 3 years ago with PayPal. But something wrong with iCloud today. There are new Apple ID suggestions "iCloud in China mainland is operated by GCBD(AIPO Cloud (Guzhou) Techology Co.ltd). This allows us to continue to improve iCloud services in China mainland and comply with Chinese regulations" in my iPhone. 

I don't know why my iCloud was operated by GCBD? 

I have tried contact Apple support many times but I can't connect with the calls.  I don't know what can I do now, so I just post the help here. Please Apple specialist reply or send email me. Thanks.

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.


We understand that you have your Apple ID setup to use iCloud. Where does this alert show on iPhone? Is your iPhone managed by your work or school? Was your iPhone purchased new? If it is managed they may have certain stipulations set in place to ensure the security of the device.


If you're not sure whether iPhone is being managed, check the following:


  1. Go to Settings
  2. Choose General
  3. Tap on VPN & Device Management
  4. If a profile shows, you can tap on it to see what changes are made.
