Cant you Clone an iPhone?

No, not 100%, due to licensing restrictions. But, you can transfer items to it: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Security question from a newcomer Hey everyone! I’m a brand new Apple user, and I have a question, but don’t know anyone to turn to. I have bought a refurbished iPhone 13 mini from my country’s biggest official Apple partner. In theory, they test every phone they sell from a hardware and software standpoint as well (they are also the biggest official repair partner here). After getting the phone, turned it on, it was clean, was greeted by the hello screen. LaterI did a dfu restore on a windows laptop via itunes. When done, after entering a Wi-Fi password, it said that the phone is partially set up and asked if I want to reset or continue. When continuing it seemed to me the only thing it did was it copied my name from the laptop I did the dfu with. After this, I did a restore again, but choose erase and restart, and then I set up the phone as a new one. Still, I’m paranoid about the security of the phone. Is the partial setup really because of iTunes copying the name? Is there anything to be concerned of? Can anything survive 3 dfu restores, after being inspected by a certified apple repair shop? Or am I just plain paranoid? Please excuse this stupid question, I switched to apple for security, but did not have the cash for a new device.
