Hi, what happens if I want to buy an iPhone in the US that has the Space for the sim card. Would they have that option?

You won't be able to buy an iPhone 14 model, in the US, that has a SIM card tray. The iPhone 14 models, purchased in the US, will on have Dual eSIM capability.
