Troubleshooting iPhone Backup:


A. "No Service":

"No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen? So, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you Still cannot Activate it...


B. Whom to Contact:

Your Carrier:

Contact your Carrier, if something does not seem right, as they are the one who manages the service of Cellular.
