None of the three finger gestures work on iPad Air 5 connected to the Magic Keyboard

Hello,

I thought this was caused by the latest IOS update (15.6.1) but I'm seeing here people reporting this problem as far as 7 years ago, does this mean that Apple will not fix that? Good that I am within the return window. For something so expensive I expected more from Apple :(
