Worldwide clock
Anytime I look up any city in the uk on the worldwide clock theres no results.

In most territories only capital cities provide a result. For the UK you will find Edinburgh, Cardiff and London. Strangely, not Belfast. Presumably in Northern Ireland you would have to set Dublin - in the Irish Republic - as your local time.
You will notice in the search box you used that it is asking for you to enter a city. The UK is not a city and therefore you had no result. Leeds, wonderful gateway to the north as it may be, is not a capital.
