Because we don't have access to eSIM in our country, what we should do if we have plan to buy Iphone 14 pro; as i heard there is no physical SIM for iPhone 14 pro.also I would like to know, there are no more iphone 13 pro in App Store?

The iPhone 14 is only in the USA e-sim only. So if you're buying it in your country of residence you will have a physical SIM card slot

No, they have stopped selling it. You can wait to see if a refurbished model turns up on the US online Apple Store.
The 13 pro has been discontinued by Apple, you may still be able to find stock from other retailers in your country.
