Apt hackers? Signs and what to do

So recently I got an email by people claiming to be apt hackers very vague but correct with certain information threatening to expose things which I have accepted if it happens as I will not pay them money,

my phone overheats during using Apple maps and the battery is less than it used to be am I being paranoid or so I have stuff on my phone after the security problem last update?

RAT malware I received a email stating that a Trojan R.A.T. Malware had been installed on my device (iPhone, or iPad) and that they were recording me using my own phone and microphone. They say i have 48 hours to pay ransom, bitcoin, or information will be given to my friends via social media or email. The email came from my own email. My question is can these devices get malware being that the iOS systems are supposed to be secured? How can I go and look for this malware and clear it out?

Opened link in spam email Hi I received an email that seemed to be from a trusted source. It was unfortunately not them and I immediately shut it down and deleted all passwords from phone took put on aeroplane mode and backed up to the cloud and reset my phone within minutes I changed all important passwords could my phone still have any trace of malware or virus
