I pre-ordered the purple iphone 14 pro. Seeing as we haven’t seen what it looks like in person, if i end up not liking it is it possible for me to go into the apple store and exchange it for another color? (assuming they have it in stock?)

No ... but, of course, you should prepare it for the return if you have initially set it up. You don't want to trade it in with your data on it.

Yes. You have 14 days from the purchase date to return the phone for a replacement.
