Unable to preorder the iPhone 14 Pro because it can't find my account.

I tried preordering the iPhone 14 pro with apple financing. I put in my phone number, and billing zip code and it said it could not find my account. I have Verizon prepaid.

iPhone purchase and Prepaid Verizon account I posted about this problem before, but I couldn’t find my original post. So, I started a new one with some new information. Can someone who is a Verizon Prepaid customer tell me about their experience ordering a phone on the Apple Store. Were you able to order an iPhone on the Apple Store to replace a phone on an existing Verizon account. I have been trying to buy an iPhone on the Apple Store for over a week. When I select “Replace this iPhone on my existing Verizon account.” I get the message: ”We’re sorry. We can’t find your account information with Verizon. Please verify your Wireless Number and try again.” I asked Apple and Verizon for help. They both claimed not to know what was causing it. I specifically mentioned I was a Verizon Prepaid customer. Verizon told me to just order the iPhone on their website and pick it up at a Verizon store (not my local store because they don’t have it in stock.) I tried that and got some string of error code with words like…“VALIDATION ERROR”…Un Authorized…prepay… I saw the word prepay and so I thought being a Prepaid Verizon customer was causing a problem. I looked around the website and there is a store section just for prepaid Verizon customers. I have not tried it out yet. I’m pretty annoyed. Today I found some old posts on Verizon’s community dating back to 2017. There were multiple posts about not being able to preorder an iPhone X on the Apple Store. They got the same message about not being able to find your Verizon account. They were prepaid Verizon customers and at least one was told that Verizon was not allowing prepaid customers to preorder on the Apple Store. Thank you for any information on this matter.

Won’t let me access personal info I never tried making a purchase or trying to access my debit and credit cards in my Apple ID section in settings and I’m on iOS 17. Every time I enter my password correctly it’ll load and then tell me to enter in again. But if I intentionally put in the wrong password it tells me it’s incorrect. I can’t pay for anything or even check my Apple ID stuff because it’s in an infinite loop of “enter your Apple ID Password”. Does anyone else have this issue? I’ve already tried signing out and restarting my phone, the basic stuff. I’m on a 13 mini if that matters

You are sign in here . . . with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?
