Charged incorrectly

Hi, I am being charged 9.99 a month from apple. I’ve no active subscriptions. I had Apple Music but it expired in July. I’ve looked on my account and there aren’t any active subscriptions so I do not understand why 9.99 is being taken out of my bank without consent. Please advise.

I have actually personally had this problem before, and they fix it super quick.


Also go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and try to request a refund if it gives you the option.
