REMOVE MY CREDIT FROM MY ACCOUNT
Hii i have changed the country and now i want to change the region but there are some credits in my account and because of that i am not able to change my region so please remove my credits.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it. If you're referring to a different store, check its documentation.
