Can't download apps from App Store
I have a iPhone 13 and Cannot download any new apps from App Store. I have updated my payment information and have down a hard shutdown but still no luck. Any other suggestions would be helpful.

You need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free,
Check which payment method you have on file
