Unpairing locked watch from destroyed I phone 1 and repairing with new iphone

My Apple Watch was paired with iPhone 1 which was destroyed recently when it accidentally went down an elevator shaft. The watch is locked. I want to unpair it from destroyed phone 1 and pair it with new phone
