Never receive my order from Uber delivery

Your carrier lost my item. My order purchased from the web should have been delivered on 09/29 to date they do not deliver it and they do not give me a delivery date. UPS indicates that they cannot locate the order. I want my money back! Have you been through this experience? how did they solve it?

Buy mac mini apple malaysia not delivered I would like to share my experienced, I bought mac mini m2 in apple malaysia online store on 25 april 2023 and after I paid with my credit card, I got an email from apple about my order number, stated that my order will processing and will delivered on 28 april 23. However, I could not track order status in apple website by putting my order number and email, and finally I never got my mac mini until now., I have tried many times calling 1 800 80 6419 with no result, and chat with many apple specialist ask them to contact apple store sales dept malaysia also no result. We are all other users here and do not have answers to legal questions. Your first step is probably filing a complaint with the delivery company and then Apple. Make sure you document everything.
