RESET/ERASE ALL CONTENT ISSUES

Hi! I am trying to reset/erase all content of my Iphone 11 but when I proceed, it tells me to input my Apple ID password, or "Enter Apple ID password for "" to turn off find my and activation lock" to be exact. How to solve this? I bought this device from another person and there was no problem until this. When I tried to erase content the first time, I did not encounter this problem.
