Apple TV keeps reappearing in Devices

I have a Apple TV 4K. I left it at my ex’s house after we broke up & no longer have access to it. I removed the device from my Apple ID list twice & it’s now showing again under my devices alongside my phone and watch.

is there a way to remove the device remotely like wipe it or remove my info? Or will it just always keep appearing each time it connects to the internet?

That would mean that the unit has been signed in to again, after removal from the list, using your account credentials.

Change your Apple ID password. After that, you will need to sign in again on all your devices. Then this Apple TV box wouldn’t get back on the list of your devices.

No, not wiping remotely. The new user should reset the device, and set it up again using their own Apple ID account. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support

Changing your account password should prevent them from signing in again on the device, if they do not know the new password.
