Safari not displaying images on iPad Pro 12.9” G5 2021

Safari stopped displaying images on my iPhone 13 Pro and 2 iPad Pros (10.5" 2017,  12.9” 2021 G5) It turns out I must have enabled Web Inspector because disabling it fixed the issue for the iPhone and the 10.5”. Safari is still not displaying images on the 12.9” G5.

iPadOS is 15.6.1. All web data and history have been cleared, JavaScript is enabled, and I’ve hard-booted the iPad. On certain sites, it doesn't interfere, but others are unusable and I have to switch to a different browser. Images display on Brave, Chrome, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo.

I’m at a loss about what else to do. Please help! 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for the additional information - as this may be helpful to others with similar issues.

If you are looking for a Content Blocker, one of the very best and most respected within the Apple App Store - designed specifically for iPad, iPhone and Mac - is 1Blocker for Safari.

1Blocker is highly configurable - and crucially does not rely upon an external proxy-service of dubious provenance. All processing takes place on your device - and contrary to expectations, Safari will run faster and more efficiently.

Sure, Trend Micro's AdBlock One is the culprit. Specifically, it's the AdBlock One - General content blocker.

It still beats me why it's a problem on my iPad Pro 12.9” 5th Gen 2021 but works fine on the iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro 10.5” 2017. If I get a response from Trend Micro, I'll update this thread.

Thanks, but I did do that as described in the original post. I did find the solution today. One of the Safari extensions seems to be the cause. Why the same extension installed on my iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro 10.5” 2017 does not cause a problem is beyond me! I'm contacting the developer.
