How do I connect my iPhone to my PC so ican send and receive text messages?

You cannot send and receive text messages via your Windows PC. There is a Messages app for macOS that complements Messages on iOS/iPadOS, but no equivalent for Windows.

There used to be a Phone Companion app on windows but it's gone now.
