my phone make sometimes randomly same sound when you end call or someone dont answer

My phone so sometimes the sound when you end a call or someone dont answer your call when i didnt even call anybody or wasnt call with anybody idk why my phone make it but i want to know why my phone is doing it anything in my phone didnt change and when i checked when i called someone it was normal i turned my phone off and on again and it stopped so is this bug or something? Why my phone doing it?
