My beats solo pro won’t pair when I click the pairing button it does link at all when I hold it down. I tried troubleshooting it but the light doesn’t turn red when I do that it just stays blue or white. I also can’t see the headset on other devices

I forgot my Bluetooth device from my iCloud on my iPhone twelve, but when I buy my beats solo pro in pairing mode I can’t see it anywhere

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


Be sure you have tried resetting by following these steps: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones.


"Reset Solo Pro


  1. Hold down the mode button and volume down button for 10 seconds.
  2. When the LED flashes red, release the buttons.


Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."


If they still won't pair, it's likely service will be required. Please Contact Apple Support.
