My husband, 84, and I, 78, bought 13ProMax iPhones during the pandemic when Apple support was "15. minutes or less" of time with a specialist. We met once and were overwhelmed with too much information in too little time. Is Apple offering in-store, in-person iPhone training for seniors? If so, how can my husband and I access this training? We have become frustrated with our inability to fully use these new phones.

About being the older one: I find it’s a dubious honor at this age when we’re all pretty much dealing with not only similar end-of-life physical issues but also cognitive issues that make it difficult for some of us to learn new software and new devices. Before COVID I taught iPhone classes for AARP, but that was suspended. We’re trying to restart them, but it probably won’t happen for a while, partly because our training material is no so out of date with iOS updates.
