Apple Watch Series 7 ver 8.6 will not update - Verifying and states no internet connection, but there is a connection

How do I Get this installed? I have tried unpairing, restoring old, restoring new, iPhone off, iPhone, watch off, watch on...every time it states the same "Unable to Verify Update". This watchOS update couldn't be verified because you are not connected to the internet. I am now removing the watch app from my iPhone to see if this is the issue. This is a brand new Series 7 watch, help!
