Being able to regain access to your Apple ID is important and you've come to a great place for help. To confirm, are you attempting to sign in and being asked to enter your Apple ID security questions and birthday? If so, do you already have your Apple ID signed in on a device? If so, you may be able to enroll in to two-factor authentication and sign in to the Apple ID. Once signed in, you'll have the opportunity to update your birthday and Apple ID information via the Apple ID website. You can learn more about two-factor authentication via the steps below and in the following article.

1. "Go to Settings > [your name] > Password & Security. 
2. Tap Turn On Two-Factor Authentication.
3. Tap Continue.
4. Enter the phone number where you want to receive verification codes when you sign in. You can choose to receive the codes by text message or automated phone call.
5. Tap Next.
6. Enter the verification code to verify your phone number and turn on two-factor authentication."
