Won't scroll up

My watch won't scroll up when on the face but will when on the apps. This happened before but I don't remember how to fix it. Seems I remember fieryjack helped me.

Cannot set pace upper limit Good day, I can no longer set an upper pace limit on my watch. Below is the screen I get when I try to and scrolling doesn’t help. I used both the crown and the touch screen to scroll. The limit is set set to 5’17 that cannot be changed
