Minecraft won’t install.

i got a new phone, and a new Apple ID. i wanted to download Minecraft but that was on my previous Apple ID so I logged into that on the Appstore and tried to download Minecraft. Everything was fine until the game just wasn’t downloading. Basically it would load but then and some point stop and the cloud symbol will be there again. This happened several times and i don’t know how to fix it. Please help
