need help got a new phone at store and all of my stuff didn't transfer to the new phone. would there be any way to make it retry to transfer to the new phone even though some of it did transfer? 11pro max to a 13 pro max if that matters?

Wait a Few or Use QuickStart:
Probably the issue is because you have large content, and there are multiple items to transfer. So, give it a bit more. If no success, then cancel the transfer process, and use QuickStart: Learn More here: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
