Query about cellular connectivity

If i buy an apple watch SE GPS + Cellular version in Canada, will this watch can be used in India with Cellular connectivity of Airtel or jio.

A cellular watch bought in the US will only function in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico anywhere else it will function as a GPS only watch.

So, if you buy it from the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, the cellular functions of the

Apple Watch Cellular will not be supported by telecom operators (or bands) in India. Of course, you can use it with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth but mobile data will not work on it.
