Hello, recently my iPhone X’s top left corner screen has been green along with green tint all over the screen, but it does reverts back to normal sometimes although it goes back green in a week or so, what should i do?

This sounds like a hardware issue to me
Have you tried to force restart the iPhone to see if the problem persists ?
