I bought an iphone 7 plus a few weeks ago and person said that the battery is changed so how can i check if the battery is original because it neither showing apple original part nor unknown part i check thorugh software and it said its desay battery. Then where i can buy original 7 plus battery in Pakistan.

You cannot buy a genuine battery. They can only be fitted by Apple or Apple approved repair shop.
They will tell you if it is genuine because if not genuine they will not repair it.
If that old phone works then let it run as it is.
btw It will not accept ios16 when it is released next week
