It says I have more than just my iPhone 11 device connected to my account and I’m wondering why? I don’t own no Mac or IPad just a IPhone 11. With this being said it has made my phone really slow and certain apps don’t work like they use too. I think somehow my account on this iPhone 11 somehow might be merged with somebody else’s IPhone 11

No, iPhones cannot be merged.
The following often fixes issues experienced by most users:
Ensure you have adequate space left on your device (Settings > general > iPhone storage)
Restart your device
Log out/in icloud on your device

Do you see any other devices on iCloud?

Hard to know what you mean by "it." Please elaborate.

That's not possible. Your device may be slow for other reasons (lack of space, battery issues, etc.).
Could have accidentally merged iPhones or anything like that. What do you think? I can’t access any of my photos, iCloud, apps and connection is slow.
Why does it keep telling me information about a Mac I don’t have a computer.
