Removing iOS 16 beta without profile

So I installed the iOS 16 beta profile just to try it out, and I reset the phone before deleting the profile.... after resetting, my phone is stuck on iOS 16 beta as the profile is also gone after the reset. Now I don't get updates to newer iOS 16 betas OR stable iOS 15. Is there a way to remove the beta and downgrade back to normal iOS 15 without using a mac?
