Apple Cash will not verify my identity

I have tried to verify my identity with Apple Cash multiple times. I just used it a month ago with zero issues, and now my account is restricted. I called the Apple support number and they reset the verification multiple times but it kept saying it couldn’t verify me when my information was not wrong and I’m definitely me. The representative said that I will be locked out from sending and receiving money. Like forever since they can’t verify me. She also said there is no other way to fix this since it’s a 3rd party who does the verification. Is there no one else I can call? Or I can’t send a picture of my ID and myself in anywhere? Being locked out of Apple Cash “forever” is beyond extremely aggravating and I don’t see how.
