I have an Apple Watch that was with a previous carrier and set up on an iCloud email that I no longer have what can I do to get the lock off to set it up on my new iPhone

How do I get past the lock on my watch if it was set up under a different iCloud address than what I am using now

We don’t have the original iPhone either as we have since upgraded our phones. You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Online Activation Lock Removal Here.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
