Instagram url links open in a browser

When I scroll to a particular website and click on the url link it just opens a web version of Instagram. It doesn’t open the content I clicked on. Example:

If I clicked on a chefs link it opens a page to view the recipe. Now if I click on a chefs link it opens another version of Instagram. I have an apple device please help
