ADDING SECOND EMAIL ADDRESS TO PHONE

I AM ADDING ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS TO MY IPHONE AND WAS SENTA CODE TO ENTER ON THE EMAIL VERIFICATIONNPAGE BUT I DO NOT FIND TAT ON MY PHONE .HELP PLEASE

Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account. Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup.

Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
Select Personal Information.
Choose Reachable At, then select the Add button .
Enter your additional email address. ...
We'll send a verification message to that address. ...
Enter the verification code and select Continue.
