Is there an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen protector that doesn't use adhesive?

I'm torn between using a screen protector or not. I've realized that removing them removes the oleophobic coating on the iPhone screen due to the adhesive on the protectors.

Are there any protectors that do not use any kind of adhesive? Thinking back to the otterbox built in protector or something similar (they no longer have that).

Or should I just not worry about a screen protector? (I will have full AppleCare+)

Thanks for the input
