THIS IS AN APPLE SHAM. I HAVE DOZENS OF APPS AND PURCHASES. ON THIS REPORT A PROBLEM THERE ARE ONLY 5.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR AN APP I PURCHASED THAT DOES NOT WORK BESIDES "REPORT A PROBLEM"?

If by any chance you have used more than one Apple ID, check each one individually.
